Abstract
The purpose of this study was to determine and analyze the effect of internal communication and work discipline on the performance of employees in the packing department at PT. Alam Permata Riau, Kampar district. The population in this study were all employees who worked in the wood packing/ warehouse division. The sampling technique in this study used purposive sampling, namely employees in the packaging division. Data collection techniques in this study used questionnaires or questionnaires. The data analysis technique in this study used descriptive statistics and spss 26. The results of this study indicate that internal communication and work discipline partially and simultaneously have a significant effect on employee performance at PT. Alam Permata Riau, Kampar Regency. The most dominant variable affecting employee performance in this study is the work internal communication.
