Abstract
The purpose of the study was to analyze the feasibility of developing a glek - glek cheese tea business in Kampar. This research was carried out using a descriptive method using primary data in 2019. The results showed that the development of the Cheese Tea Glek-glek Business in Kampar was feasible because the results showed PP>Economic age, NPV>0, PI>1, IRR of 34 0.02% the value that exceeds the capital value is 9%, PS Positive (+), Gold Value Method is 96.17 Grams Gold Gold Index more than 1 is 1.03
