Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine and analyze whether work facilities affect employee motivation at the TIKI office on Jalan Rambutan II Pekanbaru. The population in this study were all employees who worked at the TIKI office, amounting to 98 people. The sampling technique in this study is to use purposive sampling technique, which is in accordance with certain considerations determined by the researcher to be the sample, while the sample taken by the researcher is employees who work in the warehousing sector, namely 35 people. Data collection techniques in this study using a questionnaire. And data analysis techniques in this study using descriptive analysis and SPSS 26. The results of this study indicate that work facilities have a significant effect on employee motivation at the TIKI Office on Jalan Rambutan II Pekanbaru.
