Abstract

This research was conducted with the aim to determine the performance of employees at PT. Telekomunikasi Indonesia (TELKOM) Pekanbaru on Jenderal Sudirman Street No. 199 cities of Pekanbaru. Employee performance research indicators used include two aspects, namely quality and quantity. This type of research is located on Jenderal Sudirman Street No. 199 of the city of Pekanbaru is descriptive, namely conducting interviews and questionnaires as a means of collecting data and the data collected is then used as the main raw material for analyzing objectives at the location under study, there are forty-one samples in this study that is one manager and four twenty Human Resource employees at PT. Telekomunikasi Indonesia (TELKOM). Types and data collection techniques used consist of primary data collected using interview and questionnaire filling techniques as well as secondary data collected by observation techniques. Based on this analysis technique the researchers assess and conclude that employee performance at PT. Telekomunikasi Indonesia (TELKOM) Pekanbaru on Jenderal Sudirman Street No. 199 cities of Pekanbaru based on the assessment carried out. Inputs that need to be considered and viewed again specifically with matters that become problems and obstacles in employee performance can be maximized, so that employee performance that has comparability and quality can be achieved.
