Abstract
FACTORS OF SUCCESSFUL PUBLIC SERVICE INNOVATION THROUGH MADANI SMART CARD IN PEKANBARU CITY ABSTRACT Alifia Desriani This study serves to determine the Success Factors of Public Service Innovation through Smart Madani Cards in Pekanbaru City. This study uses Doley's theory, which consists of several indicators that can be seen such as leadership, strategy and performance, empowerment and groups, engineering and improvement / renewal, learning and communication in line with supporting factors in influencing the success of a service innovation. While the formulation of the problem in this study are: What are the success factors in smart civil card innovation in improving public services in Pekanbaru City. The type of research is qualitative. With key informants from the Mayor of Pekanbaru and informants from the Pekanbaru City Transportation Service, Pekanbaru City Education Office, Pekanbaru City Health Office, Pekanbaru City Information and Statistics Communication Service, Principal of SMPN 4 Pekanbaru, Civil Servants, Community Leaders. The type of data used is primary data collected through interviews and observations while secondary data collected through documentation and other supporting data. the constraints of limited tools, the Pekanbaru City OPD (Regional Apparatus Organization) which still has not made a contribution in contributing innovations in the smart smart card, the understanding of the community that has not met the target of the Pekanbaru City Government. It is hoped that there will be socialization to the community, an increase in the public service budget so that they can buy the tools needed in the required quantities so that the implementation of public smart card services is more effective.
