Abstract

This research was taken with the aim of knowing the understanding of the management of the Tengku Mahkota Cultural House studio in Pekanbaru City, Riau Province. This research system is planning, organizing, mobilizing and supervising. The subjects of this study amounted to 28 people, including studio administrators and members of the Tengku Mahkota Cultural House studio. The research method used is descriptive method with qualitative data. The theory taken is the theory of Jazuli (2014). Data collection techniques are observation techniques, interview techniques and documentation. The result of this research is that the Tengku Mahkota Cultural House Studio runs very smoothly, as can be seen from the planning, organizing, mobilizing and supervising management functions. Planning/planning is the act of taking data, information and activities that occur in the studio such as the acceptance of members, determining training schedules and information on performances and competitions. Organizers are those who have positions/jobs that have been determined by the studio leader by joint decision. Mobilization provides supervision of members in planned training activities. Then the supervision stage by supervising the implementation of training in the use of tools and supervising during appearances and competitions.
