Abstract

This research aims to find out the physical freshness of male students in the futsal extracurricular of High School 1 Rengat Indragiri Hulu District. This from form research is a descriptive study with the population of male students in the extracurricular futsal of the State High School 1 Rengat District Indragiri Hulu with a population of 20 people. Samples inthis study were obtained based on total sampling. So the samples in this study are physical freshness test of students namely 50 meters run, pull up, sit up, vertical jump and 1200 meters run. Then the data is processed with statistics. The result of the data analysis in this study obtained the physical freshness level of moderate category students 8 people category less 10 people and less once 2 people, after processing with statistics then the physical freshnes level of students with a score of 10,3 or located at intervals 10 – 13 with a percentage of 50% after being converted to 2,3 lies in the category less. Based on the result of the research conducted, it can be condoded that the physical freshness of the male students in the extracurricular futsal of the High School 1 Rengat District of Indragri Hulu at level of less.
