Abstract
The purpose of this research was to determine the effect of agility training on basketball crossover dribbling skills in basketball extracurricular male students at SMA Negeri 1 Rambah Kabupaten Rokan Hulu. The type of this research is experimental. The population and sample in this study were 12 basketball extracurricular male students at SMA Negeri 1 Rambah Kabupaten Rokan Hulu. The research instruments used were the pre-test and the dribbling crossover post test. The data analysis technique used is the t test. Based on the results of the analysis, it can be concluded that: There is an effect of agility training on basketball crossover dribbling skills in basketball extracurricular male students at SMA Negeri 1 Rambah Kabupaten Rokan Hulu with tcount = 4.22 which is greater than ttable = 1.796 and with an increase of 19.44%.
