Abstract
ANALYSIS OF BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT OF BAROKAH TOfu in SUKARAMAI VILLAGE, TAPUNG HULU DISTRICT, KAMPAR REGENCY Abstract by Novalia Br Ketaren This study aims to identify and analyze the development of Tofu Barokah business in Sukaramai Village, Tapung Hulu District, Kampar Regency. The method used in this research is descriptive with a quantitative approach, the research respondents are the know barokah workers and the owner as informants. After collecting, processing data, it can be concluded that the condition of the capital, production, marketing and HR aspects owned by the Tofu Barokah Business can be used to develop if it can maximize the use of capital, update production equipment, add marketing locations in other areas or cooperate with tofu producers. who want to open branches and add employees to work on processing, production, marketing to promotion, then in its development activities the Barokah tofu business must be able to utilize technology both in terms of production and social media for promotion so that the number of orders from outside the region can be an advantage for the development of this barokah tofu business to more and more extensive locations, but from the overall development carried out it can be concluded that the development carried out by the barokah tofu business looks slow and less than optimal, it can concluded in the fairly good category. As for the things that must be done by the tofu barokah business in developing its business, among others, maximizing the capital it has, increasing the number of production equipment and employees as well as giving a brand to the tofu package and promoting it through electronic and social media.
