Abstract
Communication Strategy Team Infinite Framework Studio Batam in the 3D Animation planning process" Against the background of the communication strategy needed in the planning process in making 3D animation, this researcher aims to how the communication strategy Planning in 3D animation projects from start to finish because planning plays an important role in Scope because it is a determinant and at the same time gives direction to the goals to be achieved. This research was carried out with a zoom meeting, the method used in this study was qualitative where the research subjects were 3 people from the Inifinite framework studio batam company that matched the needs of this research (purposive sampling technique). The theory used is Midellton's theory of communication strategy. The results show that there are many communication strategies in the POAC function used in planning 3D Animation projects.
