Abstract
The phenomenon in this research can be seen from social factors, where in general consumers buy this type of Mio vehicle due to the influence of family members. In general, those who are elderly, assume that the type of Mio vehicle is more suitable and safe to use, so that the influence of the family causes consumers to make the decision to use a type of Mio vehicle. To Buy Yamaha Mio Type Two Wheel Vehicles At PT. Kerta Karma Jaya Pekanbaru. The purpose of this study was to determine and analyze the Factors Affecting Consumers to Purchase Two Types of Yamaha Brand Mio Vehicles at PT. Kerta Karma Jaya Pekanbaru. The results of the study concluded that the factors affecting consumers in purchasing decisions of Yamaha brand mio motorcycles at PT. Kerta Karma Jaya Pekanbaru is a cultural factor, social factors, personal factors and psychological factors. The four factors above are considered by consumers in choosing and buying Yamaha brand motorbike mio, consumers have behavior that can change at any time. These changes can occur due to cultural, social, personal and psychological factors. Understanding of consumer behavior becomes very important for the success of a company's marketing strategy. Therefore, companies must not only be able to meet and satisfy economic desires, but also social needs and other motivations expected by consumers. Dominant factors that influence consumers in consumers buying a Yamaha Mio two-wheeled vehicle at PT. Kerta Karma Jaya Pekanbaru is a social factor with a percentage of 90.4%. Then the personal factor is 89.60%. Furthermore, cultural factors amounted to 88.13%. And finally the psychological factor is 84.55%. Overall factors are considered very good in Consumer Behavior of Buying Two-Wheeled Vehicles of Yamaha Brand Type Mio at PT. Kerta Karma Jaya Pekanbaru.
