Abstract

The purpose of this study was to see whether service quality affects patient satisfaction at Puskesmas Ukui, Pelalawan Regency. The data technique in this study used a questionnaire. The population in this study were outpatients who were treated at the Ukui Health Center. The sampling technique used in this study was Accidental Sampling, namely 75 respondents who accidentally met. Data collection techniques in this study used Smartpls 3.0 with the CFA (Confirmaritory Factor Analysis) approach. The results of this study indicate that the quality of services has a significant effect on patient satisfaction at puskesmas Ukui Pelalawan Regency.
