Abstract

ABSTRACT The Analysis of Zakat Fitrah Management at Nurul Ibadah Plenary Mosque Tenayan Raya District Pekanbaru City IFAN SAPUTRA NPM : 162310154 The economic empowerment through zakat fitrah got some obstacles from Islamic ummat. The awareness about zakat implementation in Islam could not followed with adequate level of understanding about it, especially in zakat fitrah. From these phenomenon and reality, zakat management did not run well. It could be seen from recording, yearly data collection, and monitoring. The formulation of the research questioned about how zakat fitrah management at Nurul Ibadah plenary mosque Tenayan Raya district Pekanbaru city. The purpose in this research examined to know zakat fitrah management at Nurul Ibadah plenary mosque Tenayan Raya district Pekanbaru city. The object in this research was zakat fitrah management at Nurul Ibadah plenary mosque Tenayan Raya district Pekanbaru city. This research used field research by using descriptive qualitative method, in sharia economic perspective. Data collection technique with qualitative data analysis used observation, interview, and documentation. The research finding in this research showed zakat fitrah management and distribution at Nurul Ibadah plenary mosque had been fulfilled zakat fitrah management standard, however, in aspect of collection zakat, there were some muzakki collected their zakat in other places. The system in zakat distribution, technically muzakki delivered zakat to amil, amil picked up zakat to muzakki house, muzakki transferred their zakat to zakat account. Zakat fitrah was given with the content 2,5 kg. meanwhile, zakat fitrah distribution was given to people at Nurul Ibadah plenary mosque by UPZ, zakat was distributed five days before eid, the last distribution in the evening of eid-Idul Fitri.
