Abstract

This study purpose to determine and analyze the effect of performance appraisal on job satisfaction at PT. Trimegah Perkasa Utama Tanjung Balai Karimun. This research uses Non Probability Sampling technique with purposive sampling, used a sample of 35 respondents. Research data obtained from the results of questionnaires, literature study and direct interviews. The data analysis technique used instrument test, simple linear regression, determination test and t test (partial). The results showed that the performance appraisal variable had a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction at PT. Trimegah Perkasa Utama Tanjung Balai Karimun. The relationship between the two variables in the category is very strong, evidenced by the magnitude of the coefficient of determination of 74.7% and the rest is not discussed further in the study.
