Abstract
The purpose of this study was to determine and analyze the effect work motivation and employee performance on employee performance at PT. Coal Samantaka, peranap subdistrict, indragiri hulu district. The population in this study arr all employees who work at PT. Coal Samantaka. The sampling technique in this study used purposive sampling, namely the determination based on the objectives and considerations of the researcher. Data collections techniques in this study ased a questionnaire or questionaire . The data analysis techniquse in this study used descriptive analysis and SPSS 22. The result study incate that work motivation and work ability have a significant effect on employee performance at PT. Coal Samantaka, Peranap subdistrict, Indragiri hulu district.
