Abstract

ABSTRACT ANALYSIS OF EMPLOYEE SPIRIT AT PT. CHAROEN POKHPAND JAYA FARM PEKANBARU� This study aims to determine the morale of employees at PT. Charoen Pokhand Jaya Farm Pekanbaru. The sample used in this study were employees of PT. Charoen Pokhand Jaya Farm Pekanbaru with 36 employees, while the sampling technique and obtained all employees were 36 employees. Data collection techniques in this study were observation, questionnaire, and interview techniques. Then the data analysis technique that the author uses in the study is descriptive, namely analyzing the data that has been collected, tabulated according to the type of data, and providing information by linking it with theories that are in accordance with the existing problems and providing interpretations of the relevant results which are then drawn conclusions and Suggested research methods used are interviews and field observations. For the data analysis method, the data analysis method is by means of data reduction and conclusions. The results showed from the indicators it can be stated that the morale of employees at PT. Charoen Pokhand Jaya Farm Pekanbaru can be stated in the good category.
