Abstract
This study aims to analyze the proposal seminar queue system at the Faculty of Economics and Business, Islamic University of Riau, whether it has been running effectively or not. The population in this study were students from the Faculty of Economics and Business, Islamic University of Riau who had registered for a proposal seminar.The type of data used in this study is subject data, where data is obtained from observations. The method used in this research is descriptive, the researcher uses manual calculations using the queuing system formulas for single-channel queuing models. The results of this research indicate that the seminar proposal queue system at the Faculty of Economics and Business, Islamic University of Riau has been effective.
