Abstract

The cooperation agreement made between the Directorate General of Highways and PT. Raissa Gemilang Consultant has fulfilled the conditions for the validity of an agreement as stipulated in Article 1320 of the Civil Code. For the subjective terms in the agreement, namely: each party in the cooperation agreement agrees and is capable of both the Directorate General of Highways and PT. Raissa Gemilang Consultant. The objective requirement in the agreement is clear, namely the administration of bridge supervision Based on the background of the problems described above, the authors first determine the implementation of the Sei Wampu Bridge Technical Supervision Cooperation Agreement between the Directorate General of Highways and PT. Raissa Gemilang as the service provider in carrying out the work of supervising the Sei Wampu Bridge whose implementation was carried out for 7 (seven) full months, therefore PT. Raissa Gemilang has to do his job exactly as agreed in the work contract while the obstacles in the work implementation agreement are the Technical Supervision Cooperation Agreement of the Sei Wampu Bridge between the Directorate General of Highways and PT. Raissa Gemilang that the implementation of the agreement initially went well, but there were still obstacles in its implementation because PT. Raissa Gemilang does not fulfill his achievements, as agreed, such as supervision that is not optimal, the Contractor who carries out the work is late in carrying out his work, so that the work time increases, in addition the materials used are not in accordance with KAK, plus in carrying out work on time. the rain came, so the work was not done optimally.
