Abstract

This study aims to determine and explain the quality of the analysis of services in managing Electronic Resident Identity Cards in Pangkalan Kuras District, Pelalawan Regency. There are 6 (six) research indicators used by the author in this study, namely: Transparency, Accountability, Conditional, Participatory, Equal Rights, Balance of Rights and Obligations. This type of research, located in the Pangkalan Kuras Subdistrict, Pelalawan Regency, used a descriptive analysis research method with a qualitative approach. Where to do research directly to the Pelalawan Regency Subdistrict Head Office in order to get the existing problems based on actual facts when researching using descriptive survey research types with interviews, observations and documentation as a tool to collect data. The technique of taking research informants was carried out by using a purposive sampling technique, which is a method of determining information that is determined intentionally on the basis of certain criteria or considerations, namely through people who are directly involved in the process of assignment and function. Based on the research that has been done, it is obtained that the analysis of the service management of electronic resident cards in the Kuras base district has a network constraint that is not good so that it causes delays in the management of KTP-EL services and the services of the staff that are not satisfying the community. Enter and suggest the researchers in this research that it is recommended that the staff managing KTP-EL should provide maximum service to the community so as to create satisfaction for the community.
