Abstract

This study aims to describe how the selection process of employees at PT.Bank Perkreditan Rakyat Unisrilama Pekanboru Selection prosess ussessmeni indicators used include the acceptance of a letter of application, written test implementation, psychological testing and OJT for 3 months. This type of research is descriptive research type, the assessment used to determine the value of an independent variable, either one variable with another variable. There are seven graups of the poputation and sampte in this researeh is part o1 thc credit section 7 people, the funds section i people, the compliance section I people, the operaonal section I I people, the SPI I people, the IT I people and security section 2 people. The technique used in this study is the probability sampling is a sampling technique that provides equal opportunity far each element (member) of the pasnilatirtn ttt be eletted:r.rs rrre.rfl&drs of tlrc &drrtple. Iygre^r tt'rftcl drittt t:alle*ioit techniques used consist of primary data obtained directly from respondents by using the techniques of questionnaires and interviews secondary data were collected using observation. While data analysis technique used is by using descriptive method.
