Abstract
The purpose of this study was to determine the effectiveness of learning by using online learning in the Covid-19 period in SMP Negeri 1 Batang Tuaka. The type of this research is descriptive quantitative. The population and sample in this study were 8th grade students of SMP Negeri 1 Batang Tuaka, totaling 40 people. The research instrument that used is a questionnaire or questionnaire related to effectiveness learning by using online learning in the Covid-19 period in SMP Negeri 1 Batang Tuaka. Based on the results of the study, it was obtained The conclusions in this study are: The effectiveness of the effectiveness of learning with using online learning during the Covid-19 period at SMP Negeri 1 Batang Tuaka is included in the value range of 61-80% or in the strong category with percentage of 66.32%.
