Abstract
This study aims to determine the physical condition of the students of SMA Negeri Olaharaga Riau in the futsal sport. This research is a quantitative descriptive research. The population and samples of this study were 10 students in grade 1 and 7 students in grade 2 with a total of 17 students in this study. The instrument used is a measurement test consisting of a 15-minute run, a 50-meter run, a 6 x10 meter shuttle run, a standing bord jump, and a flexometer. The conclusions that can be drawn in this study are: the physical condition of the students of SMA Negeri Olahrga Riau in the futsal sport from the results of the 15-minute running test, an average score of 45.9 was obtained in the range <49 with the less category, the results of the 50-meter running test obtained an average a score of 6.80 in the range of 6.8 – 5.6 with a good category, the results of the shuttle run test obtained an average score of 17.02 in the range of 17.1 – 16.7 with a sufficient category, the results of the standing board jump test obtained an average a score of 2.20 in the range of 2.14 - 2.25 with a very good category, the results of the flexometer test obtained an average score of 15 in the range of 12 - 17 with a good category, then the overall physical condition of the students of SMA Negeri Olahraga Riau in the futsal sport is 5, 58 in the range of scores of 4.0 – 5.9 so that it is included in the sufficient category
