Abstract

This study aims to analyze and describe the analysis of service quality to service users of noble pssenger motor boats of Nusantara in the suMistict of Bukit Batu, Bengkalis Regency. The assessment indicators used include Tangible, Reliability, Responsivenesg Assurance, Empathy. The research method used, namely the quantitative approach method, this research can be categorized as a descriptive study, namely prioritizing the questionnaire list as a means of collecting data and the data collected by this tool is then used as the main raw material for analysis. The research location is in the Port of Roro Air putih Bengkalis with nvo population groups and samples. In this study, there were 5 crew members of the Mulia Nusantara Ship, then 50 people or 50 passengers. Two sampling techniques are used in determining individual samples. For the Head of the Transportation Service, the Head of the UPm for the Roro Air Putih Port, the Head of PT. Jembatan Nusantar4 captain Mulia Nusantara using the c,ensus technique and for the community using the purposive sampling technique. Types and data collection techniques used consisted of primary data collected by questionnaire techniques, interviews and documentation and secondary data collected using observation techniques. Based on this analysis technique, the research assessed and concluded that the analysis of service quality to the Kmp.Mulia Nusantara service users in Bukit Batu District, Bengkalis Regency, was at a good asscssment interval. Recommendations that need to be considered are especially regarding the routine checking of the ship's engine and also the condition of the ship, as well as more professional offrcers in carrying out their duties so that discrimination does not occur betwoen p&ss€ngers.
