Abstract

ABSTRACT vi FATHUDDIN IQBAL (2021): Contribution of eye-foot coordination and concentration on goal-shooting skills of extracurricular football students of SMP Negeri 6 Kandis, Siak Regency. The purpose of this study was to determine the contribution of eye-foot coordination and concentration to the goal-shooting ability of soccer extracurricular students at SMP Negeri 6 Kandis, Siak Regency. The population in this study were male extracurricular football students at SMP Negeri 6 Kandis, Siak Regency, amounting to 14 male students. The sampling technique was total sampling and the number of samples was 14 people The instruments used are soccer wall volleyball test, grid concentration test and soccer game shooting test. The calculation results are obtained as follows: The results of the x1y correlation calculation obtained the rcount value of 0.584. The results of the x2y correlation calculation obtained the rcount value of 0.314. The result of the calculation is that the double correlation coefficient x1x2y rcount is 0.589. The conclusions of this study are: 1) There is a contribution of eye-foot coordination to the ability of goal shooting with a percentage of 34.1%. 2) There is no contribution of concentration to goal shooting ability with a percentage of only 9.8%. 3) There is a contribution of eye-foot coordination and concentration to the goal-shooting ability of soccer extracurricular students at SMP Negeri 6 Kandis, Siak Regency with a percentage of 34.7%.
