Abstract
Didik Sudariyanto, 2021. Efforts to Improve Volleyball Bottom Passing Skills Through the Part Method for Class VIII A Students of SMP Negeri 2 Tapung Hilir. This study aims to determine the efforts to improve volleyball bottom passing skills through the section method in class VIII A students of SMP Negeri 2 Tapung Hilir. The form of this research is classroom action research with a population of students of SMPN 2 Tapung Hilir Class VIII A with a total population of 32 people. The sample in this study was obtained based on the total sampling technique. So the sample in this study amounted to 32 people. The instrument used in this study was the performance of passing under volleyball. The results of data analysis in this study were obtained in the first cycle of students' passing ability of 30.89% while the second cycle was 72.53% with an increase of 30.86%. Thus, the average in the first cycle of passing under volleyball was 30.89%, while in the second cycle it was 72.53%. This exceeds the school KKM which is 72%.
