Abstract
This study aims to see the effect of the competence of the Wardah brand cosmetic spg on consumer satisfaction at the Fajar Cosmetics Giant Panam Pekanbaru, which is one of the largest cosmetic stores in Pekanbaru that provides all cosmetic products, both local and foreign brands. The sampling technique used in this study used incidental sampling technique with 100 consumers. Researchers used t test to get significant. Based on the influence of SPG competence, t-count is 2.944 with t-table (0.05;98) is 1.660 because t-count (2.944) > from t-table (1.660) which means that the SPG competency variable has a significant and positive effect on the variable of consumer satisfaction
