Abstract

This study aims to determine the form of business development carried out by the Gemilang Sidomulyo Tofu Crackers business in increasing sales production. Then to find out the supporting and inhibiting factors for developing the Gemilang Sidomulyo Tofu Cracker business in increasing sales production. This type of research is a descriptive survey using qualitative methods, information is obtained directly from business owners and employees of Tofu Gemilang crackers. The types and sources of data used are primary data and secondary data, then data collection is carried out through observation, interviews, and documentation. The data collected are grouped and then related to the theories used in research related to development problems that exist in the Gemilang Tofu Cracker business. The results of this study concluded that the business development of Gemilang Sidomulyo tofu crackers has been fulfilled from the capital aspect, production aspect, marketing aspect, and human resource aspect. With the fulfillment of all existing aspects, it can be said that for the future this tofu cracker business can continue to be developed and become bigger. Several supporting factors and inhibiting factors for the development of the tofu crackers business were found, namely: The supporting aspects were the fulfillment of capital, easily obtained raw materials, skilled labor, using trademarks, and a wide marketing reach. The inhibiting aspect is bookkeeping management that has not been neatly organized and still uses traditional equipment.
