Abstract

Adi Surya (164110119), this study entitled "The Effect of Rhizobium and Rubber Factory Liquid Waste on Growth and Production of Green Beans (Vigna radiata L.) in PMK Soil". Under the guidance of Mr. Prof. Dr. Ir. Hasan Basri Jumin, M.Sc. This research was carried out in the experimental garden of the Faculty of Agriculture, Riau Islamic University, for two and a half months starting from October to December 2020. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of the combination and the main effects on growth and production of green beans given Rhizobium and Rubber Factory Liquid Waste. . The design used was a completely randomized factorial design consisting of two factors. The first factor is the provision of Rhizobium (R) there are 4 levels: 0; 7.5 ; 15 ; 22.5 g/kg seeds and the second factor is Rubber Factory Liquid Waste (L) consisting of 4 levels, namely, 0; 11 ; 22 ; 33 ml/l of water. in order to obtain 16 treatment combinations with 3 replications to obtain 48 experimental units. Parameters observed were plant height, relative growth rate (LPR), net assimilation rate (LAB), flowering age, number of effective root nodules, harvesting age, dry weight of seeds, dry weight of 100 seeds, root volume. The data were statistically analyzed and further tested with honest significant difference (BNJ) at the level of 5%. The results of the research that have been carried out can be concluded: The interaction of Rhizobium and rubber factory effluent has a significant effect on plant height, net assimilation rate (LAB) relative growth rate (LPR), Flowering Age, Number of effective root nodules, Age of harvest, weight of 100 dry seeds, root volume. The best treatment was a combination of treatment with rhizobium 22.5 g/kg seeds and rubber factory liquid waste 33 ml/l water (R3L3). The main effect of Rhizobium on all parameters observed with the best treatment was the dose of 22.5 g/kg seed (R3). The main effect of the dose of real rubber factory effluent on all observation parameters with the best treatment was (L3) dose of 33 ml/l water.
