Abstract

Imports brought foreign goods into the customs area. To carry out these activities will require legal access managed by a government that has been divided and managed by a rogue machine. In the mid 2018 government published a fairly controversial government ordinance, by this one government regulation there are 20 sectors that must be subservient to and follow the rules of this field this includes the Importing Identification Number which is the firts step to take on import activities. Regulations of the Ministry of Commerce number 70, 2015 about Importing Identification Number considered irrelevant and refurbished Regulations of the Ministry of Commerce number 75, 2018 about Importing Identification Number, in view of the government’s regulations number 24, 2018 about Permit Service Seeking it’s Electronic Integration. This is in order to form an effort by the government to accerelate the business effort. The problem with the administration initially (field ministry) came and service user, because of the lack of information avaliable by the public mainly in conducting business activities in the field of import. The writter reviews matters related to imports, in this case either international trade or imported activities themselves. Also a review of the research site and the authorized service in the implementation of these regulations. They’re using observational research in how they survey. Which is that the authors immediately went to the site and interviewed the authorities directly. The nature of this study is descriptive because the writer would literally describe the parts that are the subject of the problem in detail. The study of the authors that they do that is considered to be very complicated because the people whio use it are not yet technologically literate, but this will benefit foreign companies that can advance one step ahead of their other sectors. But even with the lack of information provided by the government , the users were immediately confused and had to come to an office that had been authorized by the publishing of Imported Identification Number. On the other had, overwhelmed by the renewal of system, which are required to report on the information of the importation of the OSS agency online. So at the beginning of the renewal of this system the policy enforcers were mad to be extremely overwhelmed. Whereas now it has begun to look the ease with which the importers feel. Even though that impact on national markets has become unfavorable, the issuance of excuses is only in the performance of duty. Whereas the allowed entry division is not the same realm as the Directorate General of Custom.
