Abstract
The purpose of this study is to find out and analyze organizational commitment of employees at PT. Asato Mainstay in District Tualang Siak Regency. The research method used is the method quantitative descriptive, and the data analysis technique used is analysis descriptive. The data collection uses a questionnaire with a sample research, namely employees of the Helper at PT. Mainstay Asato. From table data recapitulation of respondents' answers for categorical organizational commitment variables the respondent's answer as a whole is Good. Next for the dimensions the affective commitment of the respondent's answer category is Good, for the dimension normative commitment of the respondent's answer category is also Good, while for dimensions of continuous commitment respondents' answer categories are Very Good, The results of the study can be concluded that the employees at PT. Asato Mainstay in Tualang District, Siak Regency has a level of commitment good and high organization.
