Abstract

The purpose of this research is to see whether or not the investment in the development of the Uwak Syamsul restaurant business in Duri City is viewed from financial and economic aspects, as well as to determine the aspects that will need to be considered in investing in the development of the Uwak Syamsul restaurant business in Duri City. This type of research is using a descriptive method in which data has been taken and collected from the research object of the Uwak Syamsul restaurant business. The results of this study indicate that the Uwak Syamsul Restaurant in Duri City is feasible to be developed seen from several methods such as the Payback Period (PP ) method which is for 2 years 8 months 8 days, Net Present Value (NPV ) of Rp. 67,046,704, Profitability Index (PI ) of 1.67, Internal Rate of Return (IRR ) of 60.76%, Analysis of Average Rate of Return (ARR ) of 20%. Invistible Surplus Method (ISM ) of 25%, Gold Value Method (GVM ) of 22.59 grams of gold, Gold Index (GI ) of 1.63.
