Abstract

The problem currently faced by the community is about providing information about the damage to electronic devices. The problem that occurs at this time is the handling of the problem of recording electronic facilities and equipment is still done manually in the form of recording in the asset book. Manual recording of damaged assets is sometimes only a note because the repair process has no alerts or warnings regarding asset data that must be repaired. The amount of equipment sometimes is not well controlled in the event of damage, and moreover the lack of information to the part of the asset that is late so that the handling of damage becomes too late because the average damaged asset will take 2 weeks before the repair process is carried out. The difficulty in finding a repairman who can fix electronic equipment problems is also a problem. The results of this study are that this system can help provide search results for service services for electronic devices or goods easily and quickly. This system can make it easier for people to find information on service providers of electronic devices and can facilitate service providers in finding positions from service seekers. The maps feature is very helpful in finding locations from service service seekers
