Abstract

This study aims to determine the role of the Village Consultative Body in Accommodating and Distributing Community Aspirations in Sorek Dua Village, Pangkalan Kuras District, Pelalawan Regency. The problem in this research is about the role of the Village Consultative Body in accommodating and channeling the aspirations of the community both in the field of physical development and infrastructure for the development of the local village. The type of research located at the Community Empowerment Agency is a descriptive survey. The types and techniques of data collection used consisted of, primary data collected using the interview list technique and secondary data collected using observation and documentation techniques. While the data analysis technique used is by using Cresswell theory. Based on this analysis technique, the authors assess and conclude that the role of the Village Consultative Body in Accommodating and Distributing Community Aspirations in Sorek Dua Village, Pangkalan Kuras Subdistrict, Pelalawan Regency has not been implemented properly.
