Abstract

PATEN is a public service in the sub-district which includes management of administrative documents such as business domicile certificates, business recommendation letters, and LPG base certificates. In arranging the documents, they usually still use the old method, usually the people who want to manage the documents must go to the village to register by filling out the form and completing the required requirements, then waiting for the letter to be processed by the village. After that the community continued to arrange the letter to the Sub District Office. If the relevant officials are not available, this will hinder the processing of the letter, because the letter requires the signature of the village head and also the sub-district head. With this problem, a system needs to be made that can help facilitate the management of digital mail. This system can resolve the shortcomings in administrative services which later this application will also be integrated with all Village in the Sub District. The system to be built is an integrated sub-district administrative service application (PATEN) based on mobile web, in the case study the author will research in the Sub District of Bukitraya.
