Abstract

This research was motivated by lack of students’ learning achievement in Islamic education lesson class XII IIS 1 at senior high school 1 Bagan Sinembah Rokan Hilir Regency. Learning achievement was ability that was got by students through learning activity, action pattern, value, understanding, attitude, appreciation and skill. Blended learning was learning method that combined two or more method and approach in learning to reach the learning process objectives. The formulation in this research was how blended learning method to improve students learning achievement in Islamic education lesson class XII IIS 1 at senior high school 1 Bagan Sinembah Rokan Hilir. The purpose in this research examined to know the implementation of blended learning method to improve students’ learning achievement in Islamic education lesson. The subject in this research was Islamic education teacher and students at class XII IIS 1 at senior high school 1 Bagan Sinembah Rokan Hilir regency. The object in this research was the implementation of blended learning method to improve students’ learning achievement in Islamic education lesson class XII IIS 1 at senior high school 1 Bagan Sinembah Rokan. This research was class action research. Analysis result and the research that was conducted, it could concluded that the implementation of blended learning method to improve students learning achievement in Islamic education lesson class XII IIS 1 at senior high school 1 Bagan Sinembah Rokan Hilir enabled to improve students’ learning achievement. It could be seen from pre circle was got 37% written test with low category. After action circle 1 got improvement score to be 57.77% in written test evaluation and 54.555% in oral test with good enough category, but test result in circle 1 still did not get minimum score. Then, after doing sction circle II got improve score to be 87.88% in written test and 84.55% in oral test. In this circle II the score had been passed because more than minimum score.
