Abstract

ABSTRACT Bambang Eko Santoso, 2021. The Relationship of Muscle Strength and Explosive Power of Limb Muscles with Heading Ability of Young Patriot FC Players The objectives of the research were to determine the relationship between abdominal muscle strength and heading ability on the Patriot Muda FC tea,. This type of research is product moment correlation. The population in this study was the FC Young Patriot team, totaling 20 people. The sampling technique in this study is the overall sample with a total sample of 20 people. Data collection techniques are obeservation techniques, library techniques and test techniques or measurement. The test instrument used is the abdominal muscle strength test, the explosive power test of the leg muscles and the heading the ball test. The analytical technique used is the r test. Based on the calculation results, it can be seen that (1) there is a relationship between abdominal muscle strength and heading ability in Patriot Muda FC players with an rcount of 0.4819 and tcount 2,333.
