Abstract

IMPLEMENTATION OF INTEGRATED ADMINISTRATIVE SERVICES IN (PATEN) DISTRICT IN MANDAU DISTRICT BENGKALIS DISTRICT ABSTRACT By Ali Rahmad Public services can be said to be effective if they provide short, fast, accurate, and satisfactory service facilities. Good service to the community must be supported by employees who are reliable, competent, understand, and able to carry out core roles and responsibilities within the limits of the responsibilities assigned to them. In addition, the employee must be accountable to the public and morally responsible. Of course, people want good service quality from the government. What is called service quality or common service is the best service that meets service quality standards. Every profession must be able to adapt to the demands of the community in providing services to the community with a polite, honest, timely and responsible attitude and accept all complaints for the mistakes they have made. The purpose of this study is to find out and analyze the implementation of integrated administrative services on the "PATEN" committee of Mandau Regency, Benkalis Province and its obstacles. The method used is descriptive and qualitative; the informants in this study were the sub-district head, the sub-district secretary, the head of the section for public services, public service staff and the community who received services. Data collection techniques through observation, interviews and documentation. The result of this research is that the implementation of Integrated Administrative Services in the "PATEN" District in Mandau District, Bengkalis Regency has not been optimally carried out. This can be seen from the community that has not evenly received the clarity of information submitted by the Camat Office related to the implementation of the District Integrated Administrative Service (PATEN) which will help facilitate the community in providing services in Mandau District. As for the obstacles, among others, the inhibiting factor, namely the lack of apparatus resources who have expertise in the field of information technology in computers and the limited office infrastructure such as the lack of photocopiers and computers.
