Abstract

DISCIPLINE ANALYSIS OF CIVIL SERVANTS IN THE HEALTH SERVICE OF MERANTI ISLANDS REGENCY BASED ON GOVERNMENT REGULATION NUMBER 53 THE YEAR 2010 ABSTRACT RIO HERMAWAN Employee discipline is one of the key faktor s for the success of an organization. This study focuses on the level of discipline of Civil Servants in the Meranti Islands District Health Office. Based on temporary observations of civil servant discipline at the Meranti Islands District Health Office, there are still many employees who are late for the morning apple, do not come to work without explanation, go home before the predetermined return schedule, and there is still weak supervision from the leadership regarding the discipline of Civil Servants in Indonesia. the Meranti Islands District Health Office. This study aims to analyze how the level of discipline and the faktor s that influence the discipline of Civil Servants in the Meranti Islands District Health Office. This type of research is a qualitative research with data collection techniques based on observations and interviews. The number of subjects in this study were 9 informants. The results of this study are Civil Servants in the Meranti District Health Office have not fully complied with the stipulated time provisions, there are still employees who arrive late, and leave earlier than the specified time. The faktor s that influence the work discipline of Civil Servants in the Meranti District Health Office include exemplary leadership, the existence of definite rules that can be used as a guide, the courage of the leadership in taking action, leadership supervision, attention to employees, created habits which supports the establishment of discipline.
