Abstract

This research was motivated by the teacher in developing teaching materials for moral aqidah at Singingi State High School 2, Kuantan Singingi Regency. The learning process runs optimally, it is necessary to develop teaching materials by the teacher, because the quality of learning can be seen from the creativity of the teacher in teaching. This study aims to determine the efforts of PAI teachers in developing teaching materials for moral aqidah at Singingi State High School 2, Kuantan Singingi Regency. The formulation of the problem of this research is how the efforts of PAI teachers in developing teaching materials for moral aqidah at Singingi 2 Public High School, Kuantan Singingi Regency. The object of this research is the efforts of PAI teachers in developing teaching materials for moral aqidah. The method used is a qualitative method with a case study approach. The main informants of this study were Islamic Religious Education teachers at SMA Negeri 2 Singingi, namely Mrs. Juhairiah S.Ag and Mr. Juardi S.Ag. The data collection technique used in this research is interviews. Data processing and analysis techniques used in this research are data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. The results of this study are that there are efforts by Islamic religious education teachers in developing moral aqidah teaching materials, namely: taking into account the individual differences of students, using a group approach, using the lecture method, making learning modules, developing LKPD teaching materials (Worksheet Pesera Didik), emphasizing book teaching materials, participating in science and technology training, designing creative learning media, practicing skills in explaining lessons, creating a pleasant learning atmosphere.
