Abstract

WORK SUPERVISION MODEL IN THE GOVERNMENT OF THE REGIONAL SECRETARIAT OF KAMPAR DISTRICT ABSTRACT Renold Feronika Administrative research that analyzes the Supervision Model and analyzes the factors of the Implementation of Supervision at the Regional Secretariat of Kampar Regency. This study uses a qualitative research type with a descriptive type of research that aims to provide a factual and accurate systematic description of the data in the field. At least, there are two types of qualitative research methods that are widely used, namely: Monitoring Models and Monitoring Factors In connection with this research, the authors use qualitative data analysis techniques, qualitative data analysis techniques are used to obtain information about the Monitoring Model. Results of Supervision on Governance carried out internally and externally. Factors that exist in the supervision of work are not yet optimal service Operational Standards, Monitoring and Evaluation, not optimal witnesses in supervision, human resources are not optimal and he system of giving rewards and punishments is not yet optimal in monitoring work in the Governance Section of the Regional Secretariat of Kampar Regency.
