Abstract

ANALYSIS OF CAKE PRODUCT VARIATIONS (CASE STUDY AROMA PRIMA BAKERY AND CAKE SHOP MARPOYAN PEKANBARU) ABSTRACT Richa Febrianti 167210715 The purpose of this study is to determine the variation of cake products at Aroma Prima Bakery And Cake Shop Branch Marpoyan Pekanbaru. The research method used in this research is descriptive quantitative research method, with the assessment indicators are size, price, appearance and product availability. Types and sources of data used are primary data and secondary data through data collection techniques, namely questionnaires, interviews, observation and documentation. Meanwhile, the authors analyzed the data using descriptive quantitative methods, namely an analysis by grouping data that were arranged in such a way, tabulated, and then connected with theories related to the problems faced by the company to draw conclusions. Based on the results of the research and analysis carried out, it is known that the product size indicator is in the Good Enough category because the product size is in accordance with consumer tastes, for the product price indicator it is in the Good Enough category because the product price at Aroma Prima Bakery And Cake Shop, Marpoyan Branch Pekanbaru, is still considered economical. , the product display indicator is in the Good Enough category because there are already several variations of the product produced and the product availability indicator is in the pretty good category. After recapitulating the results of each indicator, the results showed that the Variation of Cake Products at the Aroma of Prima Bakery and Cake Shop, Marpoyan Pekanbaru Branch according to the measurement technique was in the Fairly Good category.
