Abstract

Nadila Hikma Yani (164110154) research entitled "Effect of Organic D. I Grow and Organic NPK Fertilizers on Growth and Yield of Cucumber (Cucumis sativus L)", aims to determine the interaction effect and the main effect of organic fertilizer D. I Grow and NPK fertilizer Organic on the growth and yield of cucumber plants. This research was carried out at the Experimental Garden of the Faculty of Agriculture, Riau Islamic University, Pekanbaru City, for 4 months from September to December 2020. The research design used a Completely Randomized Design (CRD) with two factors. The first factor is the concentration of organic fertilizer D. I Grow (D), consisting of 4 levels, namely 0, 25, 50, and 75 ml per liter of water. The second factor is the dose of Organic NPK (N) fertilizer, consisting of 4 levels, namely 0, 15, 30, and 45 grams per plant. Parameters observed were Flowering Age, Harvesting Age, Number of Fruits Per Plot, Fruit Weight Per Plot, Fruit Weight Per Fruit, Longest Fruit Length, Fruit Diameter and Number of Fruits Left. Observational data were analyzed statistically and continued with the BNJ test at the 5% level. The results showed that the interaction effect of D.I Grow organic fertilizer and Organic NPK fertilizer was significant on the observed parameters of flowering age, harvest age, number of fruits per plot and weight of fruit per plot. The best treatment was a combination of D.I Grow 75 ml per liter of water and Organic NPK fertilizer at a dose of 45 g/plant (D3N3). The main effect of D.I Grow organic fertilizer was significant on all observation parameters. The best treatment was D.I Grow organic fertilizer with 75 ml/L water (D3). The main effect of Organic NPK fertilizer was significant on all observed parameters. The best treatment was Organic NPK dose of 45 g/plant (N3).
