Abstract

This study aims to develop a module Biology Imtaq-based on the subject of genetic material for grade XIl SMA/MA Pekanbaru students by using the ADDIE development model which consists of the stages of Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, and Evaluation. However, in this study the sample only reached the development stage. Determination using purvosive sampling technique and a sample of 10 students from each school, namely SMA YLPI Pekanbaru, MAN 1 Pekanbaru City, and MAN 2 Pekanbaru City. The data obtained in the development of the Biology module based on Imtaq is by validating the Biology module to IMTAQ experts, material experts, learning experts and teachers, as well as seeing the responses of students to the Biology module which was developed with limited trials using validation. The data analysis technique used a scale method with Likert modifications. The result of this research is a product of Imtaq-based biology module in the form of a book. The results of the validation by IMTAQ experts showed that the Biology module developed was feasible in the learning process with an average percentage of 91.66%. The results of validation by material experts indicate that the Biology module developed is suitable for use in the learning process with an average percentage of 91.53%. The results of the validation by learning experts showed that the Biology module developed was suitable for use in the learning process with an average percentage of 98.63%. The results of validation by three teachers who teach Biology show that the Biology module developed is suitable for use in the learning process with an average percentage of 98.60%. This developed Biology module received a very decent response from students. This can be seen from the average response of students from three schools with an average percentage of 92.36% (decent). Based on the validation from the experts, they obtained the IMTAQ-based Biology module product with a suitable category for use in the learning process.
