Abstract
The number of online taxi services currently causes PT Blue Bird Pool Pekanbaru to compete by improving its marketing strategy. This study aims to analyze and explain the effect of the taxi service marketing strategy on costumer satisfaction using PT. Blue Bird Pool Pekanbaru City. The result of the study concluded; 1) The marketing strategy of the Blue Bird Pool Pekanbaru taxi service gets a percentage of 60% so it is quite good. 2) Costumer satisfaction using PT. Blue Bird Pool Pekanbaru City gets a percentage of 53% so it is quite good. 3) There is a significant influence between the taxi service marketing strategy on customer satisfaction using PT. Blue Bird Pool Pekanbaru City because from the result of the t-test obtained the value of tcount > ttable or 11.148 > 20.167 with a significant value of 0.000 < 0.05. The results of simple linear regression test show that every increase in marketing strategy by 0.862 will also increase consumer satisfaction by 1.822 constantly. The influence of the taxi service marketing strategy on customer satisfaction using PT. Pekanbaru City Blue Bird Pool is 74.3%.
