ABSTRACT Endorsement in its implementation is through the program's decision, as online entrepreneurs must follow or disagree according to the program's directions. So that entrepreneurs in the endorsement agreement of the social media system have a vulnerable position of power, therefore legal protection is needed so that neither the entrepreneur nor the celebrity losers. In endorsement cooperation activities protected by standard agreements, often such as benefiting entrepreneurs (endorser), a position that is detrimental to consumers results in the emergence of disputes. The research problem is how to implement the standard agreement for the endorsement of goods or services on the instagram accounts of megi irawan and iwal bani. Then how to resolve the standard agreement constraints in the endorsement collaboration on the Instagram accounts of megi irawan and iwal bani. This research is included in the type of observational research or research using a survey system, namely by means of interviews and direct observations down to the field. The data used in this legal study includes primary data and secondary data. In terms of its nature, this research is descriptive, which is one of the studies that provides a detailed description of the impact and effectiveness of civil law enforcement on Endorsement issues in the application of the law. The respondents in this study are Selebgrams and Online Stores. In carrying out the endorsement collaboration process, Megi Irawan and Iwal Bani did not understand the law and the law, so that the cooperation agreement contract did not involve law and law but only contained the agreement of both parties. As a celebgram, Megi Irawan and Iwal Bani are advised to understand the concepts and legal rules regarding cooperation agreements. So that when the celebgram and the online shop cooperate, they have been legally bound by the laws and regulations in force in Indonesia, not rules based on mutual agreement.
