Abstract

This study aims to find out about the implementation of cultural arts learning (Singing Regional songs in Art Collaboration) in class X IPS A SMAN 1 Seberida Indragiri Hulu Regency. Theories used are Rusman, Rahman and Amri. The approach used in this research is descriptive analysis method with qualitative data. Learning consists of three stages of activities including preliminary activities, core activities, closing activities. Data colletion through abservation, interviews, and dokumentation trough the implemention of cultural arts learnig. The subjects of this study were one teacher of arts and culture and 34 students of class X IPS A of SMAN 1 Seberida Indragiri Hulu Regency. Based on the results of curriculum research used by SMAN 1 Seberida Indragiri Hulu Regency using the 2013 curriculum, and the syllabus used is the SMA Syllabus equivalent as determined by the goverment. The learning method used is the scientific approach method. The media used in the teaching and learning process are speakers, laptops and infocus on traditional indonesian music performances that accompany dances, with an allocation of time for 6 meetings x 2 hours of lessons @45 minutes. Facilities and insfrastructure provied by schools are good enough, such as special rooms fort art, and loudspeaker, in the art room only used for music training, dance costumes, some musical instruments. The results of learning that students are able to make a traditional musical performance that is singing folk song that accompany dances in groups quite well, this can be seen from the results of the evaluation by covering two aspects, namely affective, and psychomotor. In psychomotor assesment is divided into three aspects, namely wirasa, wirama, and wiraga. In the implementation of learning cultural arts (singing folk songs in collaborative arts) has been going well all students have achieved the KKM value, there are 10 people with excellent categories and 24 people with good categories with techniques (basic attitude, breathing, vocal and dance movements). And the results of the overall evaluations in singing folk songs in art Collaboration are fairly good, namely and average of 79,3.
