Abstract

Abstract This study is to determine the relationship between work environment and employee job satisfaction. (The case of the processing division of PT. Cakra Alam Sejati. Indicators of promotion assessment of consumer buying interest are used 2 variables, namely Work Environment and Job Satisfaction. Work Environment includes: Physical Environment and Non-Physical Environment. Job Satisfaction Includes Psychological, Physical and Financial Factors. This research is located in Dundangan Village, Pangkalan Kuras District, Pelelawan Regency. This research method uses a descriptive survey, which prioritizes the questionnaire list as a data collection tool. Quantitative Method The sample in this study amounted to 49 employees of PT. Cakra Alam Sejati. The technique of taking samples of employees of PT. Cakra Alam Sejati Using the Census Based on the results of the analysis of this study it can be concluded that the Relationship between Work Environment and Job Satisfaction of Employees.
