Abstract

Fredi Yogi Tri Gunawan, 2021. Level of Physical Freshness of Volleyball Extracurricular Students at SMA Negeri 1 Kecamatan Bunut Kabupaten Pelalawan. The purpose of this research was to determine the level of physical fitness of volleyball extracurricular students at SMA Negeri 1 Bunut District, Pelalawan Regency. The type of this research is descriptive. The population and sample in this study were volleyball extracurricular students at SMA Negeri 1 Bunut District, Pelalawan Regency, amounting to 16 people. The research instrument used was the TKJI test aged 16-19 years. The data analysis technique used is to calculate the category of physical fitness values. Based on the results of the study, it is known that the physical fitness of volleyball extracurricular students at SMA Negeri 1 Bunut District, Pelalawan Regency, namely in the category of scores less once there is 1 person or 6.25%, which belongs to the category of less value there are 8 people or 50%, which belongs to the category of moderate value there are 6 1 person or 37.50%, belonging to the good value category, there is 1 person or 6.25%, then the overall physical fitness possessed by volleyball extracurricular students at SMA Negeri 1 Bunut District, Pelalawan Regency is 13.81 which is classified in the Less category.
