Abstract

This research aims to review and analyze the Motor Vehicle Testing kind of Cargo Transportation in The UPTD motor Vehicle Testing Ujung Tanjung in Kabupaten Rokan Hilir. The assessment of the implementation of indicators used namely, communication , resources the disposition and bureaucratic structure. The type of this research is descriptive quantitative survey, which is prioritize a list of questionnaires as a data collection tool. The population and sample of this study were 40 people. Types and techniques of data collection used include, primary data collected using questionnaires, interviews and observations. While the data analysis technique used is the use of a frequency table tool. Based on this analysis technique, the researcher evaluates and concluded that the Motor Vehicle Testing kind of Cargo Transportation in The UPTD motor Vehicle Testing Ujung Tanjung in Kabupaten Rokan Hilir was categorized as done enough.
