Abstract

The purpose of this research is to analyze and explain implementation to supervision by the BOS Team of the Pekanbaru City Education Office on School Operational Assistance Funds (Study elementary school in Tenayan Raya District) and it is obstacles. This research uses descriptive research type with quantitative data analysis. The indicators used are Determining Standards or Basis for Monitoring, Measures of Implementation, Comparing Implementation With Standards and Finding Differences, and Correcting Deviations with Appropriate Actions. Types and Techniques the Data collection used consisted of primary data, namely data collected by interviewing and distributing questionnaires, as well as secondary data collected by means of observation. The data analysis technique used is descriptive quantitative. Based on the results of observations, interviews, and questionnaires in this study, it can be concluded that the implementation of supervision by the Pekanbaru City Education Office BOS Team on school operational assistance funds (Study elementary school in Tenayan Raya District) has not been implemented optimally. So it is necessary to add personnel and the division of tasks for the BOS Team of the Pekanbaru City Education Office in collecting reporting data from schools per sub-district, so that it does not hinder in carrying out supervision and is expected to carry out intensive coordination functions for supervision assistance in receiving reports regarding in the management of school operational assistance funds.
